Jeroen Sweers (1978), born and raised in Deventer (the Netherlands) , graduated 2002 from the School of Music in Zwolle. He studied light music, therefore he knows his way in all kinds of styles. Jazz, pop, blues, classical music and Boogie-woogie, all styles which are amongst the repertoire of this Dutch virtuoso. Without any problems, Jeroen can adapt to any occasion, wheter it’s a small party or gigantic feast, he knows what an audience wants and needs.
In the meantime he’s also known as one of the best dutch Boogie-woogie players around. As one of the regular pianists in theatre show The Grand Piano Boogie Train, he toured throughout the entire country alongside great pianists like Jaap Dekker, Martijn Schok and Rob Agerbeek.
He also has his own Jeroen Sweers Boogie-woogie band and has already performed on many different Blues and Jazzfestivals, both national and international.
